Requirements
- BS degree and 12+ years experience in ATE, or MS degree and 10+ years of experience
- Knowledge of high power and high speed devices test development
- Hands-on experience in high-speed SERDES interfaces
- Ability to develop hardware and test programs in C++/Java using Advantest 93K SMT8 platform
