Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Packaging Science, Packaging Engineering, or related majors
- Currently in their (Rising) Junior or Senior year or in Graduate Program
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of energy and creativity
- Interest in growth and learning
Responsibilities
- Successfully complete projects at different stages (initiation, development and/or commercialization), coordinating multiple moving parts
- Implement, analyze, and form recommendations against experiments via lab testing and plant trials using scientific method
- Actively pursue technical and business knowledge to understand the big picture of how the project impacts the business
