Raw Materials Planner

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making approach
Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on operational efficiency
Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization
Adaptability and ability to multi-task
Be able to work and develop in ambiguity
Excellent team player
SAP or equivalent experience is advantageous

Plan raw material deliveries in the short, medium, and long term to meet production demands and maintain efficient operations
Engage in Operations meetings and daily plant tours to identify and support resolution of quality issues
Support Fiber Procurement Manager in organizing and implementing fiber trials with the operations team
Collaborate with various departments to mitigate potential material shortages, ensure smooth production flow, and drive continuous improvement
Ensure accurate and timely resolution of accounting discrepancies
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contributing to their performance evaluations
Actively contribute to new projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and contributing to savings opportunities, including end to end evaluations
Analyze and update safety stock levels for raw materials based on individual material and factory constraints
Ensure accurate and up-to-date master data in the system
Comply with all Essity safety, purchasing and financial policies
