Requirements
- ARRT – Radiography – American Register of Radiologic Technologists Upon Hire
- CRT-Certified Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire
- RHF-Radiology Fluoroscopy within 180 Days of hire
- BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider Upon Hire
- Knowledge of anatomy/physiology
- Knowledge of radiation safety
- Knowledge of radiographic equipment operation
- Knowledge of safe patient transfers and positioning techniques
- Knowledge of ethical and professional conduct
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and perform a wide variety of quality diagnostic radiographic examinations
- Assist in the performance of procedures
- Ensure accurate documentation
- Demonstrate knowledge of age-appropriate criteria when working with all patients
- Responsible for accurate charge capture
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Registered Radiologic Technologist is desirable
- Prior work experience in an acute care facility is preferable
