Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a second-year student in an accredited radiological technology program
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum GPA of 2.0
- Completion of specific science and math courses, along with general education credits
- Documentation of completion of the competency levels of a Limited Radiographer
Responsibilities
- Reviews radiology exam requests and patient identification to ensure safe, appropriate and cost-effective imaging
- Applies broad range of skills to ensure exam is completed timely and meets quality and compliance standards
- Provides appropriate screening process to patients, staff and self according to prescribed safety standards
