Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- 2+ years of Race & Sportsbook experience
Responsibilities
- Train, support, and guide Race and Sports Mutuel Clerks
- Oversee cash handling, till setup, end-of-shift closeouts
- Provide high-level service by approving larger wagers and explaining betting lines and odds
- Manage daily sportsbook operations
- Monitor and adjust betting lines in real time
- Troubleshoot kiosks and TV functionality
- Collaborate with NJ-based traders on offerings
- Work cross-functionally with F&B, Security, and Marketing
