Requirements
- Ability to obtain an active U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required) and ability to complete a CI (Counter Intelligence) polygraph after employment start / post-start
- 3+ years of experience with C/C++ coding or java/python script development
- 3+ years of experience working with FPGA embedded systems
- Experience or research studies related to quantum sensor, computing or networking hardware
- Experience with quantum sensors, computers, or networking components
Responsibilities
- Perform definition of software requirements, architectures, algorithms, interfaces, and designs for hardware-in-the-loop simulation systems
- Design, develop, integrate, and test software models to simulate the behavior and functionality of hardware components or systems to provide a hardware-in-the-loop integration and test environment
- Perform development and integration of complex software components across numerous components and subsystems into a fully functional hardware-in-the-loop test system
- Develop test procedures and environments, execute the tests and document results to ensure software system requirements are met
- Contribute to program engagements and demonstrations with partners and customers on software simulation capabilities, development, and integration into larger software architectures and environments
- Contribute to the identification, innovation, implementation of new tools and processes to support this work scope.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited course of study, in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics
- Active Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance with Poly
- Experience with scaling simulations from small demonstrations to large system of systems
- Experience with hardware-in-the-loop simulation
- Experience with fielding quantum technology system or components as part of a research and development project, particularly for aerospace applications or platforms
- Experience with Discrete Time Event Simulators
- Experience with multithreading to port over simulations from non-real time to FPGA’s and GPU’s
