Requirements
- B.S Engineering or Technical equivalent
- Ownership mentality with strong initiative in managing your own work, and possibly that of others. You should have a natural bias to assume responsibility.
- Training background with expertise in planning, developing, and delivering training. Experience explaining technical terminology and solutions to a non-technical audience is a plus.
- Adaptive, creative communication style that fits a variety of audiences and works across a variety of mediums.
- Ability to work in cross-functional environments and influence of others with no hierarchical relationship
- Enthusiastic about transforming US and allied military capabilities with advanced technology
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
- Willing to travel up to 50-75%, to include all Anduril locations and Suppliers, for approximately 20-30 days at a time.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the expeditionary delivery of Quality training
- Lead classroom presentations and hands-on instruction onsite at Anduril locations and Suppliers
- Educate end users from quality engineering, specialists, inspectors, and Suppliers on Anduril’s Quality Management Systems, Quality Principles & Tools, and Supplier Portal (e.g. APQP, Measurement System Analysis, Statistical Process Control, 8D Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis, etc.) to increase output of problem solving impact for the business
- Create, shape, and manage training collateral for our quality capabilities and end users
- Design training curriculums across a variety of platforms, including presentations, hands-on practicals, computer-based training, and simulations
- Ensure instruction and training collateral remain current and updated for new features and functionality
- Collaborate across nearly every Anduril team
- Work across a wide range of Anduril teams, including product development, engineering, design, and operations to capture quality updates and support training of end users
- Use quality updates captured from cross-functional teams to identify and drive high impact process improvements
- Serve as the voice of our customers
- Build a bridge between our end users and Anduril, capturing feedback, identifying pain points, and informing the development of new processes and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
- Black Belt Six Sigma Certification
