Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in quality control, inspection, or a related manufacturing environment.
- High school diploma or Associate degree required.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with quality standards and documentation practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
Responsibilities
- Review data packs and shipping documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Conduct hands-on inspection of incoming parts and finished goods to verify conformance to specifications.
- Maintain detailed and accurate inspection records.
- Provide guidance to production personnel in resolving issues encountered during the hardware flow process.
- Perform system and process audits to ensure compliance with internal standards and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of inspection tools and measurement techniques is a plus.
