Quality Inspector-Aircraft Interiors-Level 2

Understand and demonstrate the ability to compile a final documentation package for conformity, including material traceability, special process certificates of conformance, FAI requirements, process documentation, and inspection records.
Experience with FAA conformity paperwork such as forms 8110 and 8130
Ability to trace heat lot of material through multiple distributors, processors and resellers
Proven experience in aircraft interior inspection (seats, galleys, and monuments repair, removal, and installation).
Strong understanding of supplier drawings and engineering requirements.
Ability to write clear and accurate discrepancy texts and dispositions.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance.

Conduct visual, physical, and dimensional inspections of aircraft interior components (seats, galleys, monuments).
Identify and contain non-conforming commodities/parts to maintain quality standards.
Ensure compliance with BP-1357 requirements and specifications.
Support the end-item delivery assembly process through product acceptance verification.
Interpret supplier drawings and engineering requirements accurately.
Write accurate discrepancy texts and dispositions.
