Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Clinical Field
- Clinical Licensure
- 2 years of relevant experience required
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, organizational and facilitation skills
- Strong knowledge of industry trends, best practices as they relate to the delivery of high quality and safe health care
- Strong project management experience and experience using variety of quality tools (e.g., DMAIC, Lean Six Sigma, PDSA)
- Demonstrate solid history of achieving results with complex and dynamic teams
- Strong computer skills, including basic knowledge and use of Microsoft Office products
- Ability to learn new systems software
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic quality plans
- Identify and implement strategic and service-line specific quality initiatives
- Evaluate patterns, trends, and processes to improve the quality of care
- Lead multiple, broad-scope, highly complex process/quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure consistency and rigor in assessing performance toward quality metrics
- Lead the development of gap closure strategies in collaboration with clinical leadership
- Promote process/quality improvement principles
- Coordinate communication within and between multidisciplinary key collaborators and stakeholders
- Identify, recommend, and implement improvement plans that move toward target clinical goals
Preferred Qualifications
- 4-6 years of relevant experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
