Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Clinical Field
  • Clinical Licensure
  • 2 years of relevant experience required
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, organizational and facilitation skills
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends, best practices as they relate to the delivery of high quality and safe health care
  • Strong project management experience and experience using variety of quality tools (e.g., DMAIC, Lean Six Sigma, PDSA)
  • Demonstrate solid history of achieving results with complex and dynamic teams
  • Strong computer skills, including basic knowledge and use of Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to learn new systems software

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic quality plans
  • Identify and implement strategic and service-line specific quality initiatives
  • Evaluate patterns, trends, and processes to improve the quality of care
  • Lead multiple, broad-scope, highly complex process/quality improvement initiatives
  • Ensure consistency and rigor in assessing performance toward quality metrics
  • Lead the development of gap closure strategies in collaboration with clinical leadership
  • Promote process/quality improvement principles
  • Coordinate communication within and between multidisciplinary key collaborators and stakeholders
  • Identify, recommend, and implement improvement plans that move toward target clinical goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
