Requirements
- Associate’s Degree or direct and applicable work experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in developing and executing test cases utilizing industry standard testing methodologies or processes to develop test cases, ensure test coverage of requirements, execute test cases, and log defects
- Minimum 1 year experience in developing and executing automation / performance test scripts using tools that are appropriate to the technology platform
- Documenting defects, tracking resolution and following-up with various stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, including issue resolution and conflict management
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to think strategically, and to mold testing to meet business requirements
- Analytical ability and strong problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Work in collaboration with the Quality Engineering Services (QES) and Agile teams to provide quality engineering and testing activities as a member of the FHIR Agile team
- Execute system integration testing
- Design and execute test cases
- Develop, execute & maintain automation test scripts
- Work under the general guidance and direction of a Quality Engineer II / III / Program Quality Engineer to understand business requirements and business expectations
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree
- Experience working with HL7 FHIR or Interoperability solutions
- Experience on working on APIs and testing tools like Postman, RestAssured, or Swagger
- Using a test management and defect management tool
- Awareness or experience creating test plans including test approach, timelines, test estimates, create test metrics and test environment planning
- Knowledge of various Information Technology platforms (Client/Server, Data Warehouse, Internet/Intranet, Electronic Commerce, Mainframe) and how each fits within and/or complements the enterprise architecture
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and working on agile environment
- Experience in working on automation tools and automation frameworks
- Data warehouse testing experience including writing SQL/MongoDB queries
- CSQA, CSTE, CSQE, or other industry standard testing accreditation
