Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Must be graduating between May 2024 and August 2025
Responsibilities
- Process Mapping of Supplier Quality Engineering Program and associated Processes
- Document Control Management – Review, sort and update SQE related documentation to reflect current program
- Establish centralized location for SQE processes, procedures, records used within the SQE program at BE
- Generate a centralized SQE Web page for transparency of our documents / files, reference sites i.e. single source for point of truth
- Program Management function to ensure we get the centralized refreshed new documentation including training material for the SQE and associated stakeholders.
- Support updating and release of refreshed Supplier Quality Requirements Handbook
- Develops, documents and continuously improves SQE program and Testing Standards
- Supports development of BE SQE templates for Supplier Reporting / monitoring with option to import into Quicksight
- They should be proficient in reading, understanding procedures, process flows
- Process mapping skills in supply chain and integrated IT solutions for improvements
- Data analysis capability to build, design, ad-hoc and structured quality reports / visualization leveraging Excel, SQL level data pulls / manipulation and AWS Quicksight / Tableau
- Work cross functionally with the teams on process mapping, contractual requirements in relation to field support / RMA and cost recovery.
- Perform assessments at system and product level including PPAP, GR&R, GD&T.
- Failure analysis capability to debug issues as they arise in equipment testing / set up.

- Sound interpersonal skills and strong ability to establish effective cross-functional working relationships; Ability to effectively participate on multi-disciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Databases.
- Experience with Quality and Reliability analysis and reporting
- Ability to prepare and effectively present formal reports to both internal and external suppliers / customers.
- Highly customer-focused (both externally and internally).
- Flexibility within a rapidly changing, dynamic working environment.
- Demonstrated self-initiative and sound judgment on technical projects and improvement initiatives.
- Possesses a bias for action and an ability to multitask.
- Ability to travel 0% – 20% of time.
