Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months experience in sales, customer service, sales training, quality auditing or sales internship
Responsibilities
- Provide call data reports to Senior Management to identify trends and for areas of improvement in coaching / training
- Monitor calls; auditing and evaluating Sales Representative’s customer interactions to highlight areas of strength and improvement.
- Identify gaps, issues, and areas of improvement for training team to enhance and evolve sales training
- Ensure all process are followed correctly and call out any deviations
- Auditing all written communications to ensure compliance with client requirements and document findings, generate new messaging and communications to improve communication.
- Calibrate with internal and external support team for continued agent learning and growth
- Audit call logs to track agent activities via Excel or other reporting tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, advanced functions preferred
- Prior experience using call monitoring/ auditing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with corporate policies and/or community standard
- Strong attention to detail, both written and verbal
