Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a QA, DevOps, or Test Engineering role with a strong technical background
- Proven experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar
- Experience writing automated tests and working with testing frameworks (e.g., Testify, Gtest, JUnit, etc.)
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Go, Java, etc.)
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills
- A startup mindset — self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to take ownership
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the CI/CD testing infrastructure and pipeline
- Ensure all code releases meet high quality standards before shipping to customers
- Collaborate closely with engineers to build and maintain unit, integration, and system tests
- Identify gaps in test coverage and build tools or frameworks to fill them
- Investigate and diagnose build failures, flaky tests, and regressions
- Contribute to engineering efforts beyond QA when appropriate (feature development, tooling, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
