Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience that includes experience in Quality Assurance Analysis
- Continuing progress toward and/or the completion of a professional designation preferred, such as International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) Certified Tester or Certified Software Testing Engineer (CSTE)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript preferred
Responsibilities
- Develops, implements, and maintains test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Conducts functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
- Identifies, documents, and tracks defects, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner
- Collaborates with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback
- Responsible for continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Participates in code reviews and provide input on quality and testability
- May be responsible for performance and coaching of staff and has a participatory role in decisions regarding talent selection, development, and performance management
- Performs other duties as assigned
