Requirements
- Knowledge of the production process
- Understanding of customer requirements
- Ability to learn lab grading process and line QA tasks
- Ability to follow and maintain all related CCP and PCP checks
- Understanding and execution of standard operating procedures
- Ability to work with leaders and partners in a respectful and effective manner
- Ability to accurately record data in various reports and spreadsheets
- Ability to meet minimal testing requirements of computer tests produced by Wonderlic, Inc.
Responsibilities
- Test and inspect product at various stages of completion and shelf life for compliance to the production schedule and customer specifications
- Learn all duties of the lab grading process and line QA tasks for both departments
- Complete all checks in a timely and correct manner
- Follow and maintain all related CCP and PCP checks required by the position
- Work with leaders and partners to ensure Food Safety and Partner Safety
- Follow the reaction plan for Food Safety, Product Quality, and Customer Requirement outages
- Accurately record data in various reports and spreadsheets
