Requirements
- Degree in associated field
- Certification in good standing in PA
- Experience with Casamba is a plus
- Extensive knowledge/ experience with post-acute and LTC therapy services
Responsibilities
- Assist the PT with evaluating and treating patients
- Communicate with families, physicians, and other health team members
- Maintain documentation of services in the medical records
- Work under supervision of the DOR to ensure compliance with State and Federal standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Casamba is a plus
