Responsibilities
- Answering phones, taking messages and relaying that information to appropriate staff
- Greeting and checking clients in/out
- Filling medications
- Checking emails and sending correspondence
- Ensuring our front office area is clean and safe
- Inputting client information and medical history into computer system
- Client communication
- Balancing end of day reports
- Compliance calls
- Cash handling
- Greeting visitors
- Scheduling
- Correspondence
- Stocking supplies
- Sorting and sending mail
- Answering and routing phone calls
- Processing payments
- Billing
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic Veterinary medical knowledge a plus
