- Experience in managing and executing shrink and safety programs
- Ability to assist with cash reconciliation and bank deposits
- Experience in onboarding new team members
- Ability to train, observe, and coach customer experience team
- Ability to serve as Manager on Duty (MOD)
- Ability to interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner
- Ability to acknowledge customers and provide solutions
- Ability to participate in truck unloading and stocking processes
- Ability to cross train in Custom Framing selling and production
Responsibilities
- Deliver a customer centric shopping experience
- Lead the omnichannel processes
- Maintain store recovery standards
- Deliver friendly customer service
- Ensure all front end policies and procedures are followed
- Achieve KPIs and manage team performance
- Plan and lead execution of class and in-store events
- Manage and execute shrink and safety programs
- Assist with cash reconciliation and bank deposits
- Assist with inventory processes including Return to Vendor (RTV) and Advance Shipping Notice (ASN)
- Assist with onboarding new Team Members
- Train, observe, and coach customer experience team
- Participate in performance management process
- Support Talent Development of team
- Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD)
- Participate in truck unloading and stocking processes
- Lead delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions (if applicable)
