Requirements
- You hold a master’s degree in mental health or human relations
- You are a member in good standing of the appropriate College (OTSTCFQ, OPQ, OPPQ, OPSQ)
- You have a minimum of five years of clinical experience
- You have the ability to set short-term objectives and use a solution-focused approach
- You are empathetic and are able to clinically manage high-risk cases
- You have excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle a large volume of clients
- You have a good knowledge of community resources
- Proficiency in French is required, bilingualism is an asset
Responsibilities
- You will provide short-term counselling (3 to 6 sessions) to a diverse set of clients in person, by phone or through video
- You will manage the administrative requirements of cases using simple clinical templates, making note-taking easy
