Requirements
- Doctoral Degree in Psychology
- Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Ohio
- Applicants must be from an APA- or CPA-accredited clinical or counseling psychology doctoral program (with an accredited clinical internship)
- At least one year of relevant post-doctoral experience
- Competent in technical clinical skills
- Possess cognitive and interpersonal skills required to serve patients
- Preference for candidates with previous training or experience working with patients with psychotic disorders.
Responsibilities
- Join a multidisciplinary team serving patients referred for treatment of psychosis and related disorders
- Provide clinical evaluation and assessment
- Conduct individual cognitive behavioral therapy
- Provide metacognitive remediation therapy
- Offer family education and support
- Engage in community education
- Participate in committees and conferences
- Represent OSU at professional meetings and community speaking engagements
- Practice within established Medical Center standards of practice.
Preferred Qualifications
- Candidates with previous training or experience working with patients with psychotic disorders will be given preference.
