Requirements
- Must successfully pass an extensive training program
- Ability to analyze and perform a complete review of submitted attendance records
- Ability to process child care provider payments accurately
- Knowledge of electronic payment options
- Ability to provide support and technical assistance to providers and agency staff
- Develop and maintain knowledge of program regulations, guidelines, and contracts
Responsibilities
- Meet all benchmarks outlined within the Training Program
- Analyze and perform a complete review of the submitted attendance record prior to processing payment
- Process child care provider payments accurately per established timelines
- Data enter payments into the payment database and reconcile daily
- Provide support and technical assistance to providers and other agency staff
- Develop and maintain knowledge and clear understanding of program regulations, guidelines, Title V, Regional Market Rate ceilings, and LA County Stage 1 Contract
