Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in UX, interaction design, or creative prototyping, ideally in fast-paced or startup environments.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing interactive prototypes and high-fidelity design work.
  • Proficient in prototyping tools (such as Figma, ProtoPie, Framer, Webflow, or equivalent), with fluency in web-based design for large-screen environments.
  • Experience building clickable or semi-functional prototypes that simulate interactivity and logic.
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and leading design direction in uncharted product spaces.
  • Familiarity with TV UI/UX patterns, connected devices, and large-screen interactions a plus.
  • Hands-on experience or comfort using generative AI tools to support visual design, copy, or logic workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop interactive, high-fidelity prototypes for sponsored experiences, GameBreak variants, interactive shopping, and new content formats.
  • Rapidly iterate on ideas based on user testing, internal feedback, and platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and external partners to validate design hypotheses and explore new UX patterns.
  • Build prototypes primarily for web-based environments optimized for TV interfaces.
  • Maintaining/iterating live mini-games/GameBreaks with visual/ux updates (New features, bug fixes, seasonal imagery, client sponsorship integration, etc)
  • Supporting the development and delivery of final products to market (making production ready assets, iterating on polish, supporting bug fixes, etc)
  • Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate design, enhance interactivity, and streamline content development.
  • Bring an entrepreneurial mindset—willing to explore, experiment, and invent in areas where no precedent exists.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with TV UI/UX patterns, connected devices, and large-screen interactions a plus.
