Requirements
- Bachelors degree or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree
- 2 years experience in B2B or home improvement sales and/or operations
- Demonstrated success in project management, process optimization, or quality improvement initiatives
- Experience with Data analysis and statistical methods
- Google Analytics, search engine optimization (SEO), and conversion rate optimization (CRO) experience
- Experience in Excel, Power BI or Tableau
Responsibilities
- Supports execution of pro sales events to maximize store buy-in and ensure sales targets are met
- Develops processes that support the sales team by channeling key tools and resources to sales representatives
- Leads and influences cross-functionally to drive improvements to existing and development of new pro programs and initiatives
- Effectively communicates with store operations leadership at Store, Market, Regional and Corporate to drive collaboration and support
- Defines clear standards and expectations for in-store pro selling programs to ensure consistency across the enterprise
- Supports a feedback loop through which store leadership communicates to the corporate office to ensure alignment on pro-service event and service operations
- Working alongside front line associates and customers during field travel to stay current on trends, input & feedback, and support store execution
- Interprets data analysis and feedback to drive program improvements, innovation and change.
- Responsible for regularly monitoring program performance, to identify trends and propose actions to address (negative or positive).
- Builds and maintains a network of field and corporate partners, to drive collaborative and enterprise thought leadership.
- Builds detailed reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and Tableau to track performance metrics, visualize trends, and support data-driven decision-making across initiatives
- Collects, compiles, and cleans program performance data to produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages for stakeholders
- Partners with corporate analytics teams and local leadership to identify KPIs and develop standard reporting templates that ensure consistent tracking of program outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in project management
- Store leadership experience
- Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt)
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- Lean certification
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Hands-on experience with Excel, Power BI, Tableau to create reports and dashboards
