Requirements
- Minimum 10 Years’ experience working in the AEC industry
- Actively involved in the AEC community with existing relationships
- Has a complete understanding of the AEC marketing process including VDOT, SF330, and AE1-6
- Complete knowledge of Microsoft, Adobe, and Deltek
- Ability to develop and run multiple projects and teams with minimal oversight
- Exceptional writing and editing skills
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the preparation of marketing proposals, submittals, and qualifications ensuring that all aspects of proposal and other marketing materials are accurate, timely, and compelling
- Take the lead role in the development of complex RFP responses
- Manage capture plans to position us to win key pursuits
- Monitor leads, managing daily lead and opportunity tracking
- Manage and assist in preparation during the shortlist process
- Perform quality assurance/quality control reviews and lead color review meetings
- Cultivate strong, trusted working relationships with management and technical staff
- Data and content management, recording and maintaining information within Deltek Vantagepoint
