Proposal Integrator

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
Experience working effectively and collaborating within a diverse engineering team in a hybrid work environment
Ability and willingness to take ownership of work activities to ensure they are completed accurately and efficiently
Experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Work, PowerPoint, Project)

Lead the proposal development including the development and documentation of planned technical approach
Ability to decompose Statement of Work (SOW) to determine capability impact
Analyze customer request/change requests/customer issues and develop estimates and determine risks and alternative solutions
Responsible for the documentation of the Engineering Basis of Estimate, Trade Studies, Request for Information (RFI) and Bill of Material (BOM’s) if required
Identify and cultivate process improvements in the engineering proposal process, integration procedures and system design
Lead Executability and Engineering Commitment reviews for proposal activities
Participate in Customer and Supplier negotiations
Develop and maintain relationships/partnerships with the entire team including but not limited to the capability teams, program management, leadership teams and customers
Serve as primary Engineering point of contact for proposal activities
Exercises critical thinking and innovative problem solving
