Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related experience – OR – Master’s degree (for Level 2)
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related experience – OR – Master’s degree with 3+ years of related experience (for Level 3)
- Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage proposal efforts.
- Compiles cost, schedule, and technical elements in the development of proposals in accordance with request for proposal (RFP) specifications, company policies, and Government regulations.
- Coordinates with contributors from cross-functional organizations to ensure quality proposals are submitted within customer deadlines.
- Works closely with Program Management and Global Supply Chain to ensure supplier quotes comply with requirements.
- Researches and critically analyzes large volumes of data using spreadsheet and data mining skills to isolate and prioritize key data.
- Work with the proposal team to develop creative solutions to complex contractual issues.
- Summarizes and presents detailed proposal information in internal management reviews and customer fact-finding meetings.
- Highly organized and self-motivated with demonstrated abilities to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines.
- Team player with strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; ability to present concepts and recommendations to all levels within the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to think analytically, solve problems and convert complex data to actionable information.
- Detail oriented, but able to understand the big picture.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Estimating Professional (CEP).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Experience with FAR and CAS compliance.
- Understanding of Earned Value Management and experience with Primavera.
- Experience with probability modeling (@Risk or Crystal Ball).
