Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- BA/BS degree in Business or Computer Science preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in computer support or troubleshooting for hardware/network analyst position
- 1 year experience with property management software (Entrata) and on-site procedures for software analyst support position
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office 365
- Strong working knowledge of property management software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Effectively solve all Entrata support problems in a timely manner and follow up on unresolved issues, until completed
- Utilize Help Desk software to track IT support needs and capture problems and solutions for reference as well as to identify future training needs
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of all AMLI software to advise/consult with on-site and corporate office personnel
- Must be flexible for periodic travel associated with annual department meetings and training when necessary
Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Business or Computer Science preferred
- Strong working knowledge of property management software
