Requirements
- Minimum of AA degree in business or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in a Facilities or Lease Management support role; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Basic Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Effective communication, working collaboratively with adults and children, able to demonstrate a supportive attitude to families
- Cooperative work, effective Organization skills and Customer Service; collaborative teamwork, accurate work product, strong problem-solving skills, effective critical thinking, ability to make independent decisions/judgement, work comfortably in at risk environments
- Solid math and strong analysis skills with ability to identify application problems and creatively troubleshoot software and related work-flow processes to resolve issues quickly
- 10% travel required
Responsibilities
- Perform analysis and prepare documents and materials (for example reports, presentations, information packages) to support multiple Facilities with tools and information regarding key operational areas (i.e. contract terms, tracking service level agreements, preventative maintenance) to improve operations and reduce costs. Provides input into the development of operating and capital budgets.
- Facilities Help Desk support, work order ticket management, and security management.
- Supports Contract, Policy, Lease Management and Business filing to ensure compliance and efficiency within the organization. Have knowledge of lease administration to assist with the preparation and periodic county filings.
- Assist in project management for internal Facility project tracking, which include travel to all site as needed for facilities support. (i.e. to meet vendors, deliver supplies, and set-up)
- Space planning support and inventory management, to include inventory asset audits, relocation, and floor plan updates.
- Fleet management support to oversee and optimize our vehicle operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness
- Participate in departmental, agency and professional meetings and workgroups, as assigned.
- Occasional assistance with furniture/boxed items relocation.
- All other duties as assigned.
