Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Five years prior experience working in a residential property manager capacity
- Knowledgeable of general accounting practices, accrual-based accounting, and reserving for bad debt
- Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Lead the on-site team and oversee daily activities
- Ensure residential satisfaction and high level of customer service
- Achieve budgeted financial goals and complete company required reporting
- Draft an annual budget and business plan for review and approval
- Manage the property’s approved budget with an emphasis on timely rent collection
- Track rent collection to ensure timely payment
- Create and deliver timely and accurate annual budgets and monthly variance analysis reports
- Inspect the property on a daily/weekly basis to ensure overall appearance and maintenance
- Provide inspired leadership to your team while implementing plans and creating a collaborative work environment
- Manage capital improvement projects
