Requirements
- University degree preferably in administration or property management
- An RPA or FMA or CPM designation with a combination of experience and education will be considered equivalent
- Possess a minimum of five to seven years of experience in a similar role
- Fluency in French and English (both oral and written)
- Excellent communication skills, strong management skills
- Ability to work effectively with others at all levels
- Ability to solve problems creatively and multitask and balance priorities effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Strong analytical and research skills

- Building heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems (also referred to as HVAC systems)
Responsibilities
- Represent the owner of the building in the day-to-day management of activities
- Establish and maintain a professional business relationship with tenant representatives
- Coordinate tenant engagement in cooperation with the Concierge Service
- Familiarize him or herself with the terms and requirements of all leases. Enforce clauses tactfully when required
- Inspect all areas of the building regularly
- Together with the Operations Manager, ensure that the building’s technical installations and the mechanical rooms are clean, safe, energy efficient and functional in accordance with building codes
- Coordinate building improvements and tenant modifications. Attend the various site meetings
- Work collaboratively with the Operations Manager to monitor the performance indicators of the property’s external maintenance team
- Maintain vacant spaces to ensure they remain safe, clean and presentable at all times
- Work closely with external rental teams and assist with premises visits
- Maintain emergency response guidelines with the assistance of the Fire Safety and Protection Coordinator
- Maintain and enforce parking operational procedures
- Prepare annual budgets for income and expenses, capital expenditures, and long-term planning
- Manage monthly operating expenses based on budget
- With the assistance of the Property Administrator, prepare quarterly financial reports for management, Explaining significant variances
- Take action to collect rent and other accounts receivable as required and directed by the owner
- Prepare letters and notices for tenants
- Issue, approve and follow up on purchase orders
- In conjunction with the Operations Manager and the Security Coordinator, closely monitor the application of all service contacts
- Read and understand all service agreements and ensure that contractors comply with the terms of the agreements in place
- Renew service contracts when they expire or restart the bidding process
- Supervise the Property Coordinator
- Supervise all building staff, including contract employees, such as those in charge of security, cleaning and maintenance staff, day porter, contractors, etc.
- Maximize revenue
- Any other task delegated to him or her by the immediate superior
