Requirements

  • Demonstrate adaptability and agility in managing diverse project scopes, evolving expectations, and shifting timelines.
  • Ability to read and understand moderately complex documents affecting real estate projects, including agreements/contracts, leases, surveys and drawings.
  • Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Good knowledge of basic financial terms and principles.
  • Excellent computer skills in such areas as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-starter and professional.
  • Ability to work under pressure, in a timely manner.
  • Able to travel whenever required for site visits and project handovers.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with real estate partners such as CBRE/Turner &Townsend to identify office options, conduct viewings and negotiate contracts.
  • Assist with the project life cycle for assigned fit out projects from initiation, planning, design, implementation and project close out.
  • Assist with multiple small to large-sized projects and properties between 500 and 60,000 sq ft.
  • In collaboration with real estate services, review the scope of work and resources for each project, prepare cost estimate & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • Assist in the sourcing, vetting and negotiation with our contractors and other vendors as required for each project.
  • Assist in the tracking of projects and ensure they are being delivered within budget, on schedule and at the expected level of service delivery.
  • Assist with project administration deliverables (i.e. invoicing, budget tracking, filing, schedule updates, Jira tickets, move management, closeout items).
  • Ensure Squarepoint’s office global standards are met.
  • Communicate our design guidelines to contractors and architects and ensure project documentation is aligned with company requirements.
  • Work closely with all other relevant departments to ensure all requirements are met; this includes our Legal department, Site Infrastructure, IT Support, HR, Finance, Office Management.
  • Manage and track properties’ rental costs, lease expiries and renewals.
  • Ensure all new and existing properties are insured to the right level of coverage.
