Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years recent professional services project management experience and/or relevant experience within a software development environment.
- 5+ years of recent experience with payments systems implementations, preferably Digital Banking.
- 7+ years of recent experience with Corporate Treasury Management functionality and core banking integration.
- 5+ years of recent experience with private cloud hosting and software integration concepts.
- 7+ years recent experience working on projects of high degree of complexity that spans more than one geography.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Demonstrates strong accountability.
- Travel domestically
- Weekend and off hours availability, as planned.
Responsibilities
- Manages and drives the execution of multiple large, highly complex project(s) in accordance with Project Management methodology.
- Coordinate departmental or cross-functional teams.
- Directs the project from initiation through implementation and delivery.
- Plans and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending.
- Guide projects through to completion on time, within scope, and budget, meeting and/or exceeding quality standards.
- Performs client communication, manages expectations, and escalations related to project deliverables and release promotions.
- Develops project plan, schedule, agreement and proposal to ensure timely completion of projects, within budget.
- Manages aspects of the project including but not limited to research, analysis, documentation, design/development, testing, problem resolution, negotiations, training, status reporting, implementation, project closing and post-rollout review/audit. Including all project deliverables.
- Participates and/or may lead project management process improvement and best practice assignments.
Preferred Qualifications
- JIRA experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of software development processes and procedures to understand team needs.
