Requirements
- Bachelor’s in engineering/related field
- 3-4 years NPI experience in manufacturing (you can increase this to 5+ if you are looking for an experienced PM)
- PMP certification (preferred)
- Experience with PLM/ERP systems (Windchill, SAP preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of DFM, PFMEA, APQP, quality systems
- Budget management experience
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams through product development to manufacturing
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Create/maintain project documentation and timelines
- Coordinate battery module/pack assembly processes
- Drive design reviews and validation processes
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards
- Track project KPIs and report progress
- Manage CAPEX for equipment and tooling
- Optimize production costs and efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Six Sigma certification
- Experience with automation/Industry 4.0
- CAD software knowledge
- Vendor management experience
