Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects of varying size simultaneously
  • Lead projects teams
  • Manage execution of assigned projects and teams within schedule, budget and customer service targets
  • Be a primary ISC interface with other Rockwell Automation functions and entities for assigned projects
  • Review project metrics, measures performance against requirements, drives appropriate actions
  • Identify partners, manages communications and ensures engagement
  • Manage all financial aspects of assigned projects
  • May apply complex and advanced project management and scheduling techniques
  • Coach resources assigned to projects
  • May lead internal process improvement efforts
  • Responsible for resource scheduling to meet project plan requirements
  • Move problems towards resolution when encountering obstacles and uncertain conditions; support others to do the same
  • Guide successful execution of new projects by fulfilling individual responsibilities
  • Responsible for the plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing for assigned projects
  • Complete responsibility for successful outcome of projects
  • Manage project portfolio within regional scope
  • Manage subcontracts including labor and fixed price deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Masters in Engineering or Business disciplines
  • Minimum five years’ experience manufacturing operations or engineering with project management.
  • Capability to secure partner support.
  • Expert in Negotiation.
  • Very good conflict resolution and people interface skills
  • In-depth understanding of ISC’s business practices (roles, finance, strategy) and of manufacturing capabilities at ISC sites
  • Have product, process and technology knowledge relevant to manufacturing operations
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is desirable
  • PMI-Sixty hours of formal PMI-based Project Management training is desirable.
