Project Manager

Must possess a SECRET level security clearance, which requires US Citizenship
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience with physical security system design and installation, preferably with Vindicator and VICADS systems.
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage complex security projects under tight deadlines.
Demonstrated proficiency in keyboard skills and a working knowledge of MS Windows and related software including Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Adobe InDesign.
Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting abilities in compliance with government standards.
Experience supporting DoD security programs, with working knowledge of IDS/ACS integration and lifecycle sustainment processes.

Lead and oversee the installations, upgrades of Vindicator and VICADS security system efforts at Hurlburt Field, FL.
Provide project management support to ensure the effective design, configuration, and operational readiness of Vindicator and VICADS Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) in support of Department of Defense (DoD) mission requirements.
Act as the primary interface for Hurlburt Field Vindicator and VICADS projects, coordinating closely with military stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to meet technical, schedule, and cost objectives.
Manage site assessments, design reviews, material procurement, installation timelines, and system testing to ensure quality and compliance with all applicable DoD and physical security standards.
Monitor and assess system performance metrics and operational readiness, recommending enhancements and lifecycle sustainment strategies.
Ensure full compliance with federal regulations, technical specifications, and customer performance requirements.
