Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited undergraduate institution.
  • 2+ years in an operational role.
  • 1+ years project management experience or equal to.
  • Experience creating business and operational processes.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, Google Suite and project management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail.
  • Ability to build relationships with peers, executive level management, and operational stakeholders.
  • Reliable deadline and task management skills.
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to use time management skills to deal with multiple projects and tight timelines.
  • Experience using content as a tool that supports business goals and brand strategy.
  • Ability to maintain high volume and high-quality content in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Commits to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external stakeholders; acts with stakeholders in mind; values importance of providing high-quality training material.
  • Prioritize and direct work while collaborating cross-functionally to execute complex projects with multiple stakeholders, each with their own needs and priorities.
  • Adept at marshalling, and leveraging resources to complete projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Research, create, propose, and ultimately deploy operational project plans and cross-department timelines for the Customer Care Team.
  • Track progression against approved timeline, and proactively identify and remove barriers to project completion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Define project stakeholders, schedule meetings, and gauge project status; determine and address accordingly if the project is green, yellow or red status.
  • Support various work groups by providing appropriate resources, and serve as the project manager overseeing the completion, and progression of projects.
  • Proactively manage project scope, identify critical variables, identify and resolve outstanding decisions and devise contingency plans.
  • Attend all mandatory periodic planning, progress, and close out meetings.
  • Maintain project documentation related to timelines, budgets, contracts, etc.
  • Openly and confidently communicate with all other parties involved with the project, establishing trust and rapport with Carvana teams and external institutions. This will include presenting to various levels of the organization, including C-Suite executives.
