Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field required.
- 1–2 years of project management experience.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies, from planning through execution.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and project management tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects of low to medium complexity from initiation through execution and closure.
- Define project goals, objectives, scope, and success criteria.
- Create project documentation, including Statements of Work (SOW), business cases, functional requirements, and detailed project plans with milestones.
- Develop and maintain project budgets and forecasts, identifying cost drivers and savings opportunities.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- Ensure alignment across internal departments and external partners to support seamless execution.
- Lead cross-functional and cross-cultural project teams with clear direction, motivation, and support.
- Ensure adherence to quality, time, and cost constraints.
- Provide timely project updates and facilitate weekly communication forums.
- Mentor project team members and foster continuous improvement.
- Promote customer satisfaction by understanding and exceeding expectations.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP Certification preferred.
- Experience in electronic manufacturing services (EMS) or related industry preferred.
- Familiarity with Jabil-specific systems and tools.
