Requirements
- 10 + years of related experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in related technical or clinical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience
- US Citizenship Required
- Must be familiar with MS Project
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of applications, including Microsoft Project
Responsibilities
- Provide technical, administrative, and operational management of a variety of development efforts and projects ranging from simple to complex.
- Supervise assigned project teams to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and on budget, as well as within authorized scope.
- Drive the development of high-level project plans, proposals, reports, and reporting.
- Conduct planning activities and provide recommendations to client on task workload.
- Document MS Project Schedules for Waterfall efforts.
- Analyze user and stakeholder needs to determine alignment with business and functional requirements for a variety of electronic health record systems and applications.
- Attend and schedule customer meetings, keep and deliver meeting notes, and serve as primary client liaison for their assigned projects.
- Coordinate the involvement of appropriate subject matter experts across the project lifecycle, as needed.
- Generate recommendations in the form of technical briefings, reports, and other major documents provided to senior level client personnel.
- Write and update project documentation including user manuals, presentations, and training materials.
- Respond to inquiries from the client, technicians, and other customers.
- Perform quality control and ensure quality assurance of project deliverables.
- Submit project status and other assigned reports to the PMO and other stakeholders.
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas.
- Participate in special projects as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional certification (PMP) or Agile certification such as Scrum Alliance CSM or Scaled Agile SAFe preferred
- Experience with JIRA or ServiceNow tools preferred
- Experience managing multi-team development efforts
- DOE Q Clearance
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team with adjusting priorities and deadlines
