Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technical field.
- 1-3 years of applied project management experience managing projects of various sizes.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and negotiate with a diverse group of cross-functional stakeholders in Marketing, R&D, QA, Regulatory, Sourcing, and Operations.
- Strong communication (verbal, written, and presentation) skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience with managing projects in an agile environment is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project teams to complete sustaining projects from planning through implementation.
- Effectively organize and lead cross-functional project teams using project management skills.
- Lead a diverse scope of projects with limited supervision.
- Direct the activities of internal and external team members to meet project objectives.
- Implement design changes into production for current products and provide consultation support of other engineering projects.
- Proactively support continuous improvement opportunities and ongoing process improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Applied experience with Microsoft Project as well as other Office Suite applications.
- Prior SAP experience (including creation of DIRs, BOMs, Routers, writing Engineering Changes).
- Project Management Professional (PMP certification).
