Project Integration Engineer

Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Engineering.
Experience in Project Engineering / Project Integration.
7+ years’ experience with avionics
Project Scheduling tool experience (e.g. MS Project).
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Ability to work seamlessly with team members at different locations.
Experience/understanding in development and delivery of logistics support elements.
Organizational/teambuilding skills.
Ability to perform project planning/execution.
Aptitude to remain politely persistent while achieving results.

All support system elements are defined and scheduled for execution down to the part # / book #.
All support system elements are complete and correct in support of FCB (plus flight test and Kit proof as applicable) on time.
All interim work products required for downstream work are identified, complete, accurate and provided on time with updates managed, controlled and communicated in a timely fashion.
Maintains and provides accurate and up to date status on progress, issues and resolutions on support system elements.
Plans, conducts, coordinates Support Systems Readiness Reviews as a part of the overall integration effort.
All of Engineering is represented positively and effectively with internal organizations and the customer.
Fosters a team culture representing multiple skill areas, which may include internal and external resources and customers.
Leads project integration to ensure all groups execute the work statement to a common schedule.
Works under minimum direction.
