Requirements
- BS/BA degree or equivalent education and/or experience.
- Minimum of 15 years of management experience, including at least 7 years in an R&D organization.
- Candidates must be a US Citizen in order to obtain and pass the appropriate background check.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall success of the contracted program support services.
- Develop and align contractor personnel to meet NSF’s requirements as outlined in the scope of work and technical requirements.
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of tasks and deliverables as specified in the scope of work.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client.
- Manage the day-to-day execution of the call order, coordinating with multiple federal staff and programs.
- Maintain technical and financial reports, overseeing contractor personnel to ensure work is completed as outlined in the call order.
- Ensure contractor personnel are adequately trained and understand the R&D and NSF environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project management certification.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong project management, contracting, budget management, and strategic skills.
- Proficiency in budget management, including identifying financial risks and forecasting.
- Experience in contract management, including hiring and managing personnel.
