Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in land acquisition, right-of-way, real estate, or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills across remote teams.
  • Familiarity with land and ROW documentation, contracts, and deliverables.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Vision, Google Earth, or project management platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support our project teams in Michigan on a long-standing renewable energy program (wind and solar).
  • Coordinate activities between Project Managers, land agents, and internal teams.
  • Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and identify potential risks or delays.
  • Organize team onboarding, client status calls, meeting agendas, and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain and update project documents including budgets, contracts, reports, and invoices.
  • Support landownership research and collaborate with GIS, Land Docs, and Payment teams.
  • Help prepare proposals, amendments, and marketing materials (with PM oversight).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Vision, Google Earth, or project management platforms is a plus.
