Requirements
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in coordination, operations, or administrative support
- Familiarity with project tracking tools or task management software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Clear and confident communication both written and verbal
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail
- Willing to follow up consistently and ask clarifying questions
- 6 months of Visio Lending work experience which includes no disciplinary actions within the last 3 months
Responsibilities
- Supporting project planning by capturing tasks, milestones, and deadlines
- Maintaining project schedules and keeping status updated based on team input
- Helping to prepare meeting agendas, capture action items, and distribute notes
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure the timely completion of deliverables
- Monitoring project timelines and flagging delays or risks
- Assisting with documenting process flows, timelines, and status reports
- Tracking follow-ups and helping hold teams accountable for assigned tasks
- Helping to prepare and format project materials for presentations or team reviews
- Contributing to the process improvement ideas and documentation
- Providing logistical support for project-related training, testing, or rollouts
- Tracking project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short-term and long-term goals
- Coordinating cross-functional communications and updates
- Suggesting improvements to templates, trackers, or workflows
- Using and continually developing leadership skills
- Other responsibilities and duties as assigned based on business needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant coursework in business, communications, or a related field
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams or projects
- Exposure to project workflows, documentation, or reporting
- Familiarity with Wrike as a work management tool
- Interest in pursuing project management or business operations long-term
