Requirements

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in coordination, operations, or administrative support
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools or task management software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Clear and confident communication both written and verbal
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail
  • Willing to follow up consistently and ask clarifying questions
  • 6 months of Visio Lending work experience which includes no disciplinary actions within the last 3 months

Responsibilities

  • Supporting project planning by capturing tasks, milestones, and deadlines
  • Maintaining project schedules and keeping status updated based on team input
  • Helping to prepare meeting agendas, capture action items, and distribute notes
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure the timely completion of deliverables
  • Monitoring project timelines and flagging delays or risks
  • Assisting with documenting process flows, timelines, and status reports
  • Tracking follow-ups and helping hold teams accountable for assigned tasks
  • Helping to prepare and format project materials for presentations or team reviews
  • Contributing to the process improvement ideas and documentation
  • Providing logistical support for project-related training, testing, or rollouts
  • Tracking project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short-term and long-term goals
  • Coordinating cross-functional communications and updates
  • Suggesting improvements to templates, trackers, or workflows
  • Using and continually developing leadership skills
  • Other responsibilities and duties as assigned based on business needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant coursework in business, communications, or a related field
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams or projects
  • Exposure to project workflows, documentation, or reporting
  • Familiarity with Wrike as a work management tool
  • Interest in pursuing project management or business operations long-term
