Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field (preferred) plus 4-8 years of relevant experience in program administration, preferably within a government contracting environment or Masters degree plus 2-6 years of relevant experience in program administration, preferably within a government contracting environment.
- Proven experience supporting complex programs and projects.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must be a US citizen, possess an active DoD Secret Security Clearance or have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
- Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville – North Alabama, AL, area.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage program documentation.
- Maintain program calendars, deadlines, and milestones.
- Assist with the procurement process, including researching potential vendors, preparing requisitions, and managing purchase orders.
- Assist with travel arrangements and logistics for program meetings and conferences.
- Manage program databases and ensure accurate data entry.
- Prepare presentations and reports as needed.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on a radar program.
- Background in engineering.
- Highly organized, demonstrating the ability to work independently at times due to fast-paced and highly productive work environment.
- Experience working on radar programs.
- Previous military experience.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance.
- Ability to create design documentation, requirements specifications, and other technical documentation.
