Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or MS Project)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects from initiation to completion
- Coordinate tasks, schedules, and resources with project managers and team leads
- Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for management and stakeholders
- Organize and lead meetings, ensuring action items are tracked and completed
- Support risk management efforts and identify project constraints and potential delays
- Maintain accurate project documentation and update project tracking systems regularly
- Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams and external clients
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or CAPM certification is a plus
