Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
- 7+ years of project experience in construction cost controls, change management and/or estimating.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for budget management on multiple large scale Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Projects
- Supports the implementation of department cost requirements on new project awards; setting up and maintaining project budgets, change management, cost monitoring, and standard reporting
- Performs cost monitoring to ensure compliance with project and contractual requirements
- Responsible for the preparation of monthly and quarterly department cost reports, ensuring compliance with financial standards
- Analyze project data such as project scope requirements, drawing specifications, and construction RFI’s in order to identify trends and opportunities for innovative solutions
- Maintain a pulse on economic conditions and provide quarterly stakeholder reports to ensure visibility on trends and risks in the global and local construction economics.
