Requirements

  • Advanced to expert understanding of the Programmatic landscape
  • Maintain knowledge of technical expertise across core partner set for team support as needed
  • Lead process improvement and continuous operationalizing of teams, developing new and/or improved best practices with management of the rollout of such and any change management involved in doing so

Responsibilities

  • Oversee overarching account strategy, including but not limited to annual roadmaps, strategic quarterly plans, and internal growth plans
  • Collaborate with team members in creating full-funnel integrated marketing campaigns across all channels
  • Act as primary owner of end billing outputs
  • Ensure maximum adoption of PMG’s proprietary technology Alli across the portfolio & work with internal teams to drive new solutions
  • Serve as a mentor and manager to a select number of team members ensuring careers are being driven forward
  • Sole owner of team design considerations across direct reports and team profitability management
  • Contribute to strategic partnerships with core Programmatic platforms such as JBPs, Trade Agreements, JTPs, rate discounts, etc; ability to provide advanced feedback to partners in order to drive key partnerships forward
  • Assist in thought leadership efforts by authoring and reviewing Programmatic related POVs, Case Studies and insights based on industry updates, trends and findings
