Requirements
- Proven sales expertise – You are an expert of your domain, consistently exceeding targets and driving revenue growth
- Experience in solution-based sales, with a track record of consultative selling and strategic deal-making
- Strong experience and technical understanding of programmatic ad sales, structuring and facilitating enterprise-level deals worth 7 figures or more
- Strong relationships with senior-level contacts, including C-suite executives, brand leaders, and agency decision-makers
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive success
- Proven experience in negotiating agreements and partnerships with leading agencies and brands
- A high degree of creativity, bringing innovative solutions to complex challenges
- Natural educator and business consultant, with the ability to connect, advise, and empower clients to maximize their potential and deepen partnerships
Responsibilities
- Owning and driving net new business growth across agencies, client direct, and DSPs across the US
- Responsible for maximizing immediate programmatic revenues in partnership with the sales team across the US
- Nurturing existing partnerships with DSPs by unlocking co-selling opportunities with our agency & client direct partners
- Support the US team in the rollout of Ogury’s programmatic strategy
- Develop sales initiatives and package offerings to meet market expectations
- Leverage industry relationships to open new doors for Ogury
- Work closely with the Programmatic team on actively maintaining a healthy pipeline & forecast in the US
